The Stark journey began in February 2018 when the company was founded as a boutique full-service agency. After years of freelancing founder Thore Hauthal made the choice to expand his service offerings to his existing client base.

Following this, Stark predominantly supported SMB’s to implement their local marketing objectives. We have been able to establish long-lasting relationships (many of which are still intact to this day) with clients in a wide range of industries. 

Through a range of public case studies with large German and International eCommerce businesses, Stark gained tremendous traction in it’s Google department and onboarded large multinational online brands (fashion, supplements & software).

In 2019 we hired our first Google trained account strategist and put tremendous effort into developing our google department and client base.

2020 is when Stark was really acknowledged as a dominant player in the global SEA market. After establishing a proven track record with large eCommerce businesses, we began to be approached by large corporations to help train and oversee their internal media teams.

As of today, we’re servicing clients with a combined multi-billion dollar market cap and are helping them in communicating their message effectively and most importantly: profitably. There is unlikely to be an industry that we’re not servicing and are eager to establish our track record further.

2021 is all about growth for us. In an effort to provide the absolute best experience (and results) for our clients, we are constantly hiring new talents to support our media team. We are looking to add another 10 full-time Senior Account Managers to our team to fulfill the demand for our service.

Furthermore, we are looking to expand our global footprint as the go-to agency for high scale performance marketing as well as expanding our own eCommerce store portfolio through strategic acquisitions.
